How do u plan on getting back into shape after DC is born?
My mom and dad got me 10 sessions with a personal trainer! Very psyched.
Im going to start running again, i was a runner all my life, and gave it up in the last few years.
Go back to spinning!!
and im gonna try that Stroller Stride with DS.
any other suggestions??

Prior to becoming preggo, I was on WW and lost about 36 pounds that way. I do not have such an athletic past, but know I am going to have to work in the physical activity- probably lots of walking and jogging . . .

Me too. I lost about 30 pounds and was a lifetimer. I also plan on doing some dvd's while baby is napping. I'll switch it up with pilates, tae bo, etc.

BFing and walking. I did that with DS and I lost all the pg weight. Just as an aside, I lost all the weight I gained during the pregnancy by 10 weeks post partum, but I still did not fit into my pre-pregnancy clothing until about 6 months later. Also, I am shaped differently now than I was before I had DS. I can see my shape changing with this pregnancy too, and I don't just mean the belly....

well, hopefully i'll be able to eat like normal again, so that should help...
other than that i'll keep up walking (3 miles a day at a minimum) and if finances allow i would LOVE to get a membership at a gym or something, but we'll have to wait and see how that goes after the baby is born.

I was on WW before and will go back to it after I'm done BFing because the frozen dinners have alot of chemicals in them and I will just watch what I eat. I also plan to go back to kickboxing 3-4 times a week and long walks with the baby!

As soon as I get the go ahead... it's back to the gym for my cardio kickboxing class. walks with the baby, weights, gym, BF, etc

Since the baby is due the end of August & I will be home until mid November, I plan on doing a lot of walking outside on nice days. We also have a home gym in the house, so I plan on putting the baby in the bouncer & doing some treadmill running. I do also plan on BFing & hope that helps a lot.

I plan on running, walking and my friends got me a gift certificate for 9 weeks of boot camp at my gym so I'm looking forward to doing that over the summer!

I won't be allowed to even walk distances for 6 weeks from what I remember with DD b/c of the c-s. However, my plan is to start with walks with both kids. I will join WW for support and so I can track what I eat better and use my treadmill, doing interval training with hills and speed rather than running (I remember my belly hurting when I tried to run last time) and weights. I was a Personal Trainer before DD so I have a good deal of equipment. I just have to take it slower than what I used to do. I'm giving myself all the time I need with no time goals, just eat right and exercise. With DD eating table food we've already changed our eating habits to a healthier way for her sake.

eliptical, lots of walking, BF and attempting to NOT eat like a pigbeast (as i have with this whole pregnancy). That's my plan. Then again, i wasn't really in shape (unless you count 'round) before this PG, so its not like i have such a high standard to live up to

breastfeeding and weight watchers. i would love to go walking with the baby but it'll start getting cold by the time i give birth. so i'll probably buy an exercise bike or some other equipment i can do indoors while DC is napping.

Lots of walking, hoping I can get into Stroller Strides, and back to my old gym routine of weights and cardio. 'll have to wait until I feel comfortable leaving her in the 'babysitting' room at the gym. Not sure that will ever happen! I doubt Stroller Strides will be enough to get me into the shape I want to be in (I'm a high intensity person). I also don't do well on little sleep...so we'll see how that goes!
oh and BF....counting on that one!
