Re: Hospital question...
I left it at home... just bring an extra pillow (or two) in a colored case. Bring one for DH also.

Re: Hospital question...
I would bring it! It was great for me to use when I was BF Julia, also it helped me hold her better after I had my c-section.

Re: Hospital question...
I brought it both times. The first time I had a c/s and it helped me BF. The second time I had a VBAC and I found myself sitting on the boppy myself to relieve the pressure on that area!

Leave the boopy in the car and DH can bring it up for you after you have the baby.
Don't forget a towel... I had DH bring me one from home bc the hospital ones were rough. You can leave that in the car also.

okay so now towel too. Good idea about leaving stuff in the car.
did anyone actually get up and do their hair? washing yes, but products in it?
I packed blowdryer and gel..does that really get used?

Nope! I didn't have the strength to do my hair or makeup (couldn't stand that long) I did bring my tweezers--lol

Re: Hospital question...
I knew I was having a c-section, so I brought mine. Best decision! I sat on it in the chair and it made it easier to get up and down. As for using it with the baby, I never did. She uses it now to sit in while she's playing in the pack n play.

Re: Hospital question...
I brought my Boppy and used it all the time. My babies had to stay in the NICU for a while so it came in handy..especially with 2.

I did the same thing.
I also used a leave in conditioner and spray gel so my hair wouldn't frizz out like crazy!
I'm so excited for you....I remember when you 1st got preggo!

Re: Hospital question...
I didn't. The hospital's special care unit had a nursing room with little pillows to prop your arm so I used them until he was released. For Maddie, it didn't make much sense since she was out in 2 days.

Re: Hospital question...
I brought the boppy, but we left it in the car. I ended up not using it in the hospital. I just used their pillows for nursing. I did bring two of my pillows from home too, which weren't really necessary. DH did use them though (he stayed every night.)

Re: Hospital question...
I brought the My Best Friend to the hospital and I used it. Although I think I would have been fine just using the pillows.

Re: Hospital question...
I brought it and immediately sent DH home with it - I used their pillows. Oh and I had a c-section so it would have hurt if I had tried to use it when I nursed!
