Horrible lower back pain :(
What can I do to alleviate this pain? It's been getting worse over the past few days. TIA

I find a heating pad helps. Hope you feel better

I had horrible back pain on one side..which was sciatica..I tried to lay on the other side to get the baby to move off of it!
