Horrible Sinus/Allergy pain

I have been up all night with a hot compress on my head. I am in so much pain today! Is there anything I can take to relieve my sinus headache? I am miserable. I just don't know what would harm the pregnancy.

Most people say you can take Tylenol. I have very bad sinuses and allergies and I have suffered through it. I know most people say it's OK, but I am nervous to take anything.

I had that last week. I was really sick and in pain...my doctor said it was ok to take Claritin (not Claritin D) for allergies. You can also take Sudafed (regular--not sinus, or nasal or anything else.) I really don't want to take anything while I am pregnant, but it got so bad I had to take ONE Claritin because my eyes were watering so bad and my nose was running I couldn't even see! I took a tylenol. I hope and pray that it is okay. I could not take the pain anymore!

I had unbelievably excrutiating pain all last week. It was so bad I absolutely could not function. I took one tylenol at a time just to take the edge off but I did have to take it for the good part of a week

Last night was the first night I did not wake up at 1 am in horrible pain. Today I'm off to the massage therapist to get accupressure done to relieve my sinuses. I can feel the pain is back but not as bad.
