Homeowner's Insurance,...and M. approval?
When do we need to get Homeowner's Insurance,...I was given a quote about a month ago since we are going through short sale approval. Will they give me a letter or something saying I have it lined up or do I want until we get a closing date?

wait until you get a closing date and then have your broker give you the paid receipt. You need to pay the first year in full before closing.
