Has anyone used Hyland's baby cough syrup?
My 5.5month old dd has been coughing. I had a cold last week and it was the type where I couldn't even control coughing and sneezing. Then DH got it and now she's coughing.
I have this syrup and it says it's all natural and homeopathic but I am worried bc it says to consult dr if baby is under 6mos.
She mostly coughs when laying down.

Ive used hylands teething tablets not cough syrup. i thought you cant use cough syrup until they were 2. What are the listed ingredients???

Bryonia 6x hpus, causticum 6x hpus, drosera rotundifolia 6x hpus, ipecacuanha 6x hpus, phosphorus 12x hpus, rumex crisp us 6x hpus, spongia tosta 6x hpus.
No idea what that means!
But it is to temporally relieve a tickle due to dry throat.

Has anyone used Hyland's baby cough syrup?
I have been using the.cough and cold one for DS on and off for the past week. He is 2.5 years old though. It's definitely helped at night controlling his post nasal drip and coughing.

I like the cough and cold one to. The regular cough one is very thick, honey like and I don't think it did much to help with the cough

I would check with a doctor..i CONSTANTLY hear that you should NEVER give children under 2 cough medicine.

I didn't give to her bc she is only 5.5 months. But I will ask the doctor about it.
She mostly coughs right as she's going to bed and then until she settles in a deep sleep.
I pumped her humidifier and think that helped because she slept well last night and is currently napping and hasn't coughed yet.
But I have a bunch of these samples and was curious about future use.
