Re: Happy Easter Sunday QOTD
I am also most looking forward to Christmas, as it is almost a whole month long of celebrating.
Every holiday was such a big deal in my house, and I hope to do the same for my family. Christmas- Cutting down our Christmas tree, All the cousins together, cookies and letters to Santa St. Pat's- my whole family at the parade, marching in the parade Easter- egg hunts and huge baskets Fourth of July- fireworks at the beach Halloween- my parents always worked together to make my costumes, nothing was ever bought Thanksgiving- new dresses, all the cousins

I can't wait to for Christmas with kids! I love it now-I'm sure it's even more fun when kids are in the picture.
Easter Holiday- I'd say dying easter eggs. I remember sitting at the kitchen table dying them with my parents and brother.
4th of July- We used to have a huge party for my uncle's birthday. I remember playing with sparklers most of all.
Thanksgiving- Eating, eating, and more eating, lol.
Christmas- The many years my brother and I would swear that we heard Santa Claus downstairs. It was such a magical feeling to wake up and see presents under the tree.

Re: Happy Easter Sunday QOTD
I'm most excited for Christmas, it's my favorite holiday ever!
Memories:
Easter: Dyeing eggs the night before and leaving a carrot for the Easter bunny!
4th of July: There used to be a couple huge displays in Queens where I used to live. I loved going ot see them and getting to stay up late.
Thanksgiving: The food and seeing all my cousins. Watching the parade. The way my moms stuffing smeels when it's cooking!
Christmas: EVERYTHING. Setting up the tree, decorating the house. Seeing all the presents under the tree. finding the perfect present for everyone. Baking cookies. I could go on and on!
