Had my baby!
Sophie Grace arrived on July 15th at 10:04AM after a fast labor of 10 and a half hours to dilate to 10 centimeters (with back labor) then pushing for 3 and a half hours and then because she was sunny side up and had turned needed to get a C section! Needless to say there were points where I thought I couldn't take anymore and even though I got the epi at about 5 centimeters it did not work:( The nurses were so sweet and sympathetic and kept trying to do all they could to help. I had to get the epi redone because they didn't want to take a chance with the epi still not working while the C section was going on.
Sophie was born at 6 pounds, 14 ounces and today at her almost one week appointment is already at 7 pounds 2.5 ounces with me exclusively breastfeeding (which is not easy).
I will post a birth story and pics as soon as I get a chance but wanted to give you guys an update!
