guess who had her ears pierced!!!???? (ETA: a pic!)
Samantha - I have to resize the pics....we did it yesterday and it wasn't as bad as I imagined....she did great and cried for a second, it was more traumatic on me.... ....but they don't bother her at all!!!

actually no - he told us to save the $$ for better earrings later on  ....so like a crazy woman, I scoped out a few places w/ my friend (claires, the icing, piercing pagoda, etc) and asked questions, etc. Claires wanted a ped note saying she had all her shots, which i didn't have, none of the others seemed to care! I didn't love any of the places we wnt too so I was going to try another dat when my friend at the last minute remembered she got hers done (when she was 10) at merle norman in roosevelt field on the 2nd flr so we went up there (i never would have though of it) - and the woman was so sweet, helpful and nice and totally put me at ease . Well, I still got nervous  but Samantha was a champ - cried for a few secs and more i think b/c there was a strange woman "looming" over her than it had caused her pain....as soon as i turned her around in my lap, she was smiling again! i would go there again in a heartbeat, they were great!!
pop-pop (dh's dad) has already decided that she need diamonds  but for the next six weeks she'll wear plain white gold balls (they were out of yellow gold, which i kinda wanted since i had those when i got mine pierced!)
