You guys are so sweet. My blood test is tomorrow but I am wondering how I am going to get there. My doc's office is on a hill on Northern Boulevard in Great Neck. If I go downhill, I could slide. If I go the other way and try to go uphill, I may not make it up at all. No results til Friday. How I havent POAS already, is beyond me!

I take it you know the area. When my father had been ill, he was at NSUH Manhasset - getting to see him in the winter time going down Community drive was terrifying. Today, for the first time in 11 years I actually took public transportation to work because I was too scared to drive.

OOH yes.. I work in a building next to NSUH on Community. I stayed home today just to avoid that slope
DH said he saw more sanders today in that area than he normally does during a storm.
