Girls with placenta previa, question about exercise?
Ones that are only on pelvic rest. Do you exercise at all? I have only been walking, but even sure if I should be taking long walks. I really wanted to do pre-natal yoga, but not if that is aloud. I Plan on asking doctor at next appointment, just wondering what others where told.

I would ask your doc. They told me no sex no orgasms no walking and if I wanted to yoga is ok but be very careful. I decided just to sit on my butt lol

She told me all that too. I didn't ask about yoga or walking though. She said don't start any new exercise routine. I don't really consider walking to be a new exercise routine, so that is why I was unsure if it was okay to do. I have to say, I walked a little over a mile and I had alot of pressure in my belly when I got home.

Ow many weeks are you? Are u spotting? Are u walking slowly or with some pep kwim? Personally until my previa is gone count me out. Let me know what ur doc says at ur appt xo. h

With my first the doc didn't let me excercise and I was on "pelvic rest" - no sex. My previa only corrected itself at the very end.

I'm 23 weeks. No spotting at all since 8 weeks. I don't speed walk but it's not super slow. I will see what doctor says. It's impossible for me to totally relax anyway with a 2.5 year old at home and working full-time.
