Placenta Previa question
I was diagnosed with a complete placenta previa at 24 weeks. Anyone have a complete previa that moved later on in your pregnancy and delivered vaginally?

I have had placenta previa since 12 weeks and am now 22 weeks and it has started moving, my OB told me that if it doesn't move by 28 weeks it mostly likely won't and a c-section will be needed but i have heard women say it moved out of the way by the very end. Previa or not i have to have a c-section so it moving doesn't mean anything for me. I would talk with your Ob about his guidelines for how safe is safe for a placenta and vaginal birth. HTH!

I also had it, and dr was gonna schedule c-section, but at my 36w appt, it had moved entirely, and i delivered vaginally. It can happen!
