Girls that use the CBE digital OPK
the directions say NOT to read the lines when you take the stick out...
but i cant help it, and always look at the lines..
so this month when i was taking them.. i totally noticed the line getting darker and darker... then the day i got my  it was just as dark as the test line!
does any one else do this too? or have had similar experiences with the lines?
i just feel like its 2 OPKS in 1.. the digial & the lines!

I did - and found the same thing! 
Although some cycles I went basically from NADA to +OPK in a day...

YES - I definitely think it can help if you are not getting your smiley face - at least look at the lines and if they are getting darker then smiley should be on the way

I noticed that when I was using them too. I'm not sure if it's really all that reliable, but the line did seem to get darker as I got closer to O & both lines were the same when the popped up.

Because in essence it's the same as a regular OPK. It takes the guessing out of figuring out the lines by putting a sensor (the smiley) when your test line does get dark enough.

That's part of the reason I like the line tests better....you see progress...but like the OP said...you get 2 tests in one!
