Getting sad and discouraged.....
im 6dpo and i started spotting :((((((
last night i had mild cramps.
im pretty much out this month huh? :(

I am between 9 and 11DPO (not exactly sure when I O'd) and I have had spotting for 3 days, so I hope that doesn't mean we are out! Could be IB, or could just be spotting. Fingers crossed for us!

Try not to get discouraged! I keep telling myself the same thing. I am 10DPO and I am crampy..I have a slight headache and have been feeling queasy. You are not out till AF shows but I know how hard the 2WW is!

Not necessarily. If you're definitely 6dpo, implantation hasn't occurred yet or is just happening now. It's too early to definitely be out if you're only 6dpo I believe.

You are not out!! It could be anything- implantation bleeding esp if you are off a day of two with ovulation. Keep positive!

How did you confirm ovulation? My guess is you probably Oed earlier than you thought.
Spotting at 6pdo is VERY early, especially if it turns into AF.

pretty sure of O date, i use fertility friend and the CBFM. sigh...
i started taking b complex to help with spotting,.. but i may need to up my dose bc im only at 50mg
