I hope you are enjoying your time away and agree that it is the counselor's job to scare you (not sure if I agree with that) but generally it is their goal to give you all the what if's. . and 1/4 chance, or 25 % sounds so much scarier than 75% chance everything is fine.
I also think that the fear in subsequent pregnancies can make you crazy. . My friend had Turner's and a mc with #1 and then went on to have two perfect pregnancies. I of course still hope this is a perfectly healthy baby, or something you can easily deal with but if worst case pans out, please don't think it is a future sentence. . enjoy your time with DH , if you can, stay away until the test!
