Frustrated and Depressed

So I really thought this was going to be our month. This is our 3rd month trying and we used OPKs this month which heped me drill down ovulation date. I got a smiley and we BD the 2 days before smile and day of (couldn't BD 2 days after since work was hectic and didn't get home til late).

I tested today with those internet cheapies (calculated should be 12 dpo and 11 dpo if u could could have ovulated afternoon/night day after positive opk - since negative 2 days after). I would think by now with sensitivity of those tests i would have gotten a positive if pg at 12dpo!

I know your not out til AF comes (which is schedueld for Tues or Wed) but lets be realistic the odds are against me now :(

I'm sorry. It is true that girls get BFPs at 13 DPO, etc., but I know how you're feeling. The TTC process can be so exciting, but seeing those BFNs is one of the hardest things to have to do. Know that you're not alone, and it's ok to be sad and pamper yourself a bit for a day or two, but I find it always helps after AF arrives to look to the next cycle.

First you are not out yet. Second, it is frustrating, we can do everything right and still a BFN. If found this on Baby Center:
Of all couples trying to conceive, here's about how long it takes:
30 percent get pregnant the first cycle (about one month)
59 percent get pregnant within three cycles (about three months)
80 percent get pregnant within six cycles (about six months)
85 percent get pregnant within 12 cycles (about one year)
91 percent get pregnant within 36 cycles (about three years)
93 to 95 percent get pregnant within 48 cycles (about four years)

I got a bfn at 13 dpo. Thought I might have seen a line if I turned it the right way but DH thought I was crazy. Then I got my period. I was bleeding, my temp dropped and everything. 7 days later I got a BFP. Anything is possible!

Thanks everyone. I know I am being a big baby and on average it takes 6 months but I am just inpatient what can I say!!

I know I am still not out yet til AF comes its just so sad to see that BFN. Its like my heart drops because you hope it will be a BFP and of course, it never is when you want it to be the most!!

Oh well! Hopefully I still have a chance, if not at least my hubby gets to look forward to lots of for at least one more month!

On a more positive note I had no fake symptoms this month so getting better ignoring them! ha

trust me i know how u feel..its been a long 10 months over here..

def not out until af shows and even if she does..dont give up hope!

sometimes i t just takes longer than we want but in the end its all worth it
