If I remember, I'll mention it on the phone or in an email around the time of the anniversary, but otherwise, no.

Re: Friends' Anniversaries
I send them a card. When I am invited to a wedding, I mark the date down in my "card book" so that I'll be reminded to send them a card for their anniversary. That way I can send them a card every year.

Re: Friends' Anniversaries
I have friends who have done it for me but there is no way I could keep track of that- I am always impressed that people can.
That being said the only one I acknowledge other than my own is my parents.

I just verbally say "happy anniversary" and leave it at that. I will get cards for my parents and ILs though.

Most of our friends are newly married.
So to answer your question, yes I do send a card. To our close friends we give a small gift that coincides with the meaning of their year ie: 1 year- paper.
however, I have learned not to do for some next year as they didnt remember mine and dh's anniversary.
Sam here. I'm very big on remembering annivesarys, birthday ect. I always send a card and call, just think it's the right thing to do.
