Fresh mozzerella (please comment)
DH is making me homemade pizza tonite. He wanted to use fresh mozz but i told him that i cant. He found Sargento Fresh Mozz and it says in ingredients "pasturized milk, vingar, salt".
Does this make it ok now?

You can have any cheese that is pasteurized. Even if it was not pasteurized - if it is being cooked you are OK!

Re: Fresh mozzerella (please comment)
It's totally fine, either way. A-it will be cooked. B- it would be a very slim chance that even the "fresh" mozz. was made from unpasteurized milk. Enjoy!

Re: Fresh mozzerella (please comment)
It is fine as long as it is pastuerized- and either way, with it being cooked, it is fine.
