Found out last night...
That I am pregnant!
I had to do IVF with DD and this was completely unplanned and unexpected. I haven't even had AF since March (I am always very irregular). I noticed the last couple of days that my boobs were a little sore, so I tested on a whim- fully expecting it to be negative. Well to my incredible surprise- it was 100% positive. I got into the doc already today because I had no idea how far I was and my last pregnancy was high risk and I was on a few different meds. I went and got BW and a sono and found out I am 5 weeks. I go back in 2 weeks to check for a heart beat.
DH and I are in shock.

That is great! Congrats! The same thing happened with my last pregnancy. The first was all fertility treatments. It was so planned. I got pregnant with my second son by some pure miracle. I tested because I was late and thought I was getting a cold. I expected a BFN and was shocked to see a positive.
