Exercising while TTC
Last time I TTC, I wasn't exercising so this wasn't even a thought in my mind. I do regularly exercise now (3-4 times a week) and it's a mixture of Zumba class, treadmill, elliptical and Boot Camp/Interval class. Is this ok to continue as I TTC? I'll call my doc for confirmation but want to know if I can go to the Boot Camp class today. TIA!

I'm pretty sure its ok! I still work out a few times per week. Most people on here will say just continue about with your normal routine until you actually get a BFP.

During my first pregnancy - I was jogging about 3 days a week before my BFP. Shortly after I found out I was pg I found I was easily winded - so shifted to walking. I walked 3-4 miles practically every day of my last pregnancy! My exercise now is running after a 2-year old.

i had an appt with my pcp this morning and she said to keep up with it, no need to stop. she said once i get pregnant i may need to cut back on things but while ttc its not a problem at all
