Do you wear sunscreen or do you let yourself bake?
I always used to let myself bake in the sun until I was fried, but for the past 10 years I have been slathering on the sunscreen. Except for this week. I officially have a sunburn once again. Ouch! I truly forgot how painful it can be!

Me too! You don't see the damage that you've really done until you are in your 30's.

I don't really wear sunscreen, except on my face. But, I don't bake myself either. I am outside a lot and tend to get slow color.
I couldn't tell you the last time I got a sunburn.

I haven't let myself bake since the 80's, when word about just how dangerous sun damage is wasn't everywhere.
I slather myself in SPF 45 now

I wear Sunscreen!!!
and I make my husband wear it also.
making him wear sunscreen may have been the hardest thing I have ever done
I can get burned very badly....and skin cancer really scares me!!!!!

Me too. I try to remember sunscreen everyday. It is easier now that I have Alex because I lather him up anyway.

skin cancer runs in the family so Im at 60spf at all times. Hence this pasty white complextion.

First of all, I wear SPF every day....15 all year. When I go to the beach or pool, I wear 15 on my body and on my face. I think I need a new "outdoor" SPF for my face, though. I can't ever find one I like. I also don't let myself bake. I take "breaks..." But a little sun and glow is nice; you've got to live and enjoy, too.

Sunscreen! High SPF too!
I will be going for a full body check-up when I get back from vacation because Ive been noticing more beauty marks than I ever had before and that scares me big time!

Sunscreen!! or I will burn bad like I did last weekend on my legs when I forgot to put sunscreen on them. I use SPF15 and it makes me tan and not burn.
