do you think if I write an email to gerber this problem "could" get taken care of?

DD was given many gifts when she was born and there were a few sleepers. On the outside of the package these sleepers say 12 months but inside the package the actual sleepers were only 6 months (to my surprise). I tried to exchange at BRU but they told me that unless they have the SAME EXACT print...they arent taken them back.
Well of course they had butterflies and penguins but no cats and dogs so we left with 6 month sleepers. I waont get any use out of them and I think it was unfair to sell them this way. Would a letter to gerber help?

You could try...

But I'd think that someone switched them at BRU. I was at Target the other day looking at PJs for DS and they were all stuffed in the wrong packages

i would try it... i had an almost similar situation with another baby company and they were more than happy to help out and even gave me some extra discount coupons for there products/... good luck!

I know this sounds wrong, but since you got screwed and they won't help you, I would just try another BRU and try to return them again.
