I do. LIF set up a bajillion forums because we asked for them so I think we should use them.
LIF doesn't have moderators like most message boards do so the report feature gives us a chance to help keep the order. If LIF didn't want threads reported they would not have added the option (eta) nor would they move the posts.

FYI - if you report a post that belongs on another board please state what board it should be on in the comment section. This would help out tremendously.
