and here's how i look at it
i respect all the opinions
but it's not as simple as "don't like it - don't read it" and all that jazz.
Don't like it - don't read it, only applies if you have a choice to post a nasty comment or not
But, as you can see from the words that create automatic links when you post, from the board sponsors - Ron is making an effort to keep this site free for all of us to use.
If boards don't get traffic, sponsors who are listed on that board, back out.
If sponsors back out, Ron loses money.
if Ron loses money, he either charges us to use it, or has to disband it altogether.
Plus, this is one of the most lenient boards I have seen - other boards will ban you for consistently double posting or posting on the wrong board

only if it's blatantly obvious that it's on the wrong board... usually it doesn't bother me but if i see a post about cooking meatloaf on the celeb gossip board i am going to report it. 
ETA: sometimes it's not as easy as just "look at the title" - how many of us have used "OMG" or "i can't believe this" or "check this out" or "look at my boobs" as the title - it means nothing and those of us who are curious will click on them.
well, i guess no one cares which board "look at my boobs" is on

I only report posts if the same person is advertising over and over again, and even then only if I am in a mood to report it. I may report a suspected fakie, but only if I am almost certain.

There's a little symbol at the bottom of every post, right next to the date/time stamp. It's an exclamation point inside a red traingle. Just click on that and it will bring you to a screen to report a thread. You can select if it's on the wrong board, profanity, advertising, etc.
