Do you nap?
I don't ever nap..I feel awful when I wake up.
SO must nap for at least and hour or two Sat or Sun or he is a grouch! He actually schedules it into his day!

i only nap when i am especially tired. when iw as in HS i had to nap every day after school. now i only nap when i didn't get enough sleep the night before, and only for an hour or so - even then, i don't want to do anything for the rest of the night.
on the weekends i sleep late, i don't nap at all.

Yes I do, a few times a week. I actually don't like when I do b/c I can never sleep for long enough and wake up even more tired.

NEVER unless its absolutely necessary like from illness or taking medication that makes you drowsy. if i take a nap in the middle of the day i wake up with the worst headache!!!!!

ive been trying not to b/c then ill go to bed at 2 am... hoping to break the cycle soon!

yes  not every day, but sometimes when both kids are napping at the same time, I'll lay on the couch to watch some TV and have some down time, and inevitably, I fall asleep!

I don't know if it would be considered a "nap", but I fall asleep on the couch each night for about an hour around 8:00 - then wake up for a bit and get ready for bed. I can fall right back to sleep the second my head hits the pillow.

I nap on the weekends sometimes...not that I plan a nap- I usually fall asleep on the couch watching TV in the afternoon
And after work I will sometimes fall asleep on the couch- then I feel like CR@P trying to wake up again!

I used to nap after school Up through HS but forget it now. I don't even know the meaning of nap. Sometimes i will be out getting groceries and i will call DH and what do u think he is doing? NAPPING! I havent done this in i dont know how long

When I nap regularly, my skin is better and I tend to be in better shape (I stay thinner.)

I take naps on the LIRR and always feel better but if I take a nap at home I tend to sleep for hours and then I'm wide awake all night....so my nap usually makes things worse for me the next morning
