my parents who live near you  have a cranberry red door. their mortgage is paid off though. they painted it that way to match the shutters.

Mortgage is paid off (bought the house for cash) but no red door. I have never heard this theory before. Interesting!!

I have a red front door! It has nothing to do with sexual promiscuity or my mortgage.  Never heard of either of those things! lol!
