Disney newbie....HELP
We are going to disney in January....a quick trip
4 days....3 days at parks. I will have 7 year old twins and a 5 year old We are staying at art of animation
What parks should I go to ? we have park hoppers but realistically will we move between parks when we are on a time crunch?
How many character meals should I do? I was thinking 2? and T rex on our non park day?
Thanks so much!
I feel like I am going in circles trying to do research!
Eta: what do you think I will need stroller wise?

boys? girls?
Rent a double stroller - trust me, even if you think your kids will never use it... they will in Disney!
We always get park hoppers and we do park hop - even if its just go to a park for the day and a different one for dinner or fireworks.
We also thin Hollywood Studios is only a half day park so we either plan for two parks that day or go in the morning and Disney Springs in the evening.
character meals - we love tusker house, Akershus in epcot, be our quest - not a character meal but you met the beast at the end.

Re: Disney newbie....HELP
I am also going for 4 days (3 days of parks) in November. Based on what I've heard from others my kids would probably enjoy MK most so we are doing 2 days in MK. The other day we are going to HS mainly because my DH is obsessed with Star Wars. We are going to Disney Springs the night we are not going to one of the parks (have a local wedding during the day)
We have so far 2 character meals booked- Hollywood and Vine at HS, and Crystal Palace at MK.
ETA contact ANewDayHasCome because she knows her Disney stuff!

Do they like Star Wars? If not, I would skip Hollywood Studios. Do they like Avatar and animals? If so, I would do Animal Kingdom for half a day and maybe Epcot the other half. I would definitely spend 2 days at MK, a lot to do there.
If you are hopping, I would purchase the transportation option so you don't have to go through security all over at the second time, and waste more time for the bus.
I would only do 1 character meal, as they take forever IMO.
Also, I would personally skip T -Rex, and add another day to your hopper if that is all you planned on doing in your "off day" was visit Disney Springs. Especially if you don't plan on going back to Disney for a while.
7 is old enough to walk, so I would just bring a stroller for the younger one. If you end up needing them for the 7 year olds, rent at the park.

Re: Disney newbie....HELP
I have boy girl 7 year old twins and then a 5 year old boy. Thinking of this schedule now that I did some research: Day 1: magic king dom Day 2 : Epcot/HS (akershus for bfast or lunch) Day 3: Magic Kingdom Day 4: Chef Mickey bfast and then disney springs and trex late lunch before we hit the airport around 5 or 6
how does this sound????
I have a single jogger that can easily fit 2 kids and is MUCH easier to push than the double citi mini with 2 kids would it be annoying for me to travel with that and a single umbrella? Or should i stick to a double citi mini they all share?
What exactly is the transportation option?
Thanks so much

This is the transportation option

Your new schedule looks good. But, keep in mind that you paid a significant amount for the hopper portion of your ticket, so you might want to try to utilize that on Day 3. Maybe do the MK in the morning, and hop over to another park in the evening. Maybe Animal Kingdom or back to Epcot or HS.
The food at Chef Mickey's is not that great IMO, but the interaction is fun!
