Disappointed with PB Kids
We went today to finish registering after the sono, and was sooo disappointed. I guess I was expecting an explosion of what the catalogue offers, but it fell short. The customer service was terrible. I gues b/c they're more of children's retailer than a baby center, there was no real registry program or even someone who could sit and cover the basics. We've seen the bedding at BRU and BBB, and it's just not what I want, so I'll probably just do the registry on line.

That's what I am doing-- the selection in the store is just not the same.
Maybe try another location that is a little bigger?

I have to say I registered online with them and their customer service is AMAZING!! They sent me a sham that was monogrammed wrong. I had a new one in 2 days, with a call to make sure it was satisfactory.

One of my sisters' used them and only did the online registry and purchased the furniture online as well. She said the customer service wasn't to great and a friend of ours said the same thing.
I love their stuff BTW

I did a small registry on PB kids, because like you, I don' t really like the bedding at BRU. I have never ordered anything on PB kids before, but I have ordered a few pieces of furniture from PB and had no problems with customer service. My furniture came nicely wrapped and in great condition.

There is only one PB kids in LI and it's in Roosevelt Field. They are limited. The only way to have full access is to do the registry online (which I did). I haven't ordered yet but have ordered many many products in the past few years. Always been satisfied so expecting the same this time.
