Before because it was going to be communion season and I wanted a particular place.

My husband was superstitious and didn't want to book anything in advance. We had no trouble booking the church (they do christenings on a separate day), but we did have a hard time finding a place to have the party because we only had about 8 weeks notice. We ended up having the party at a firehouse.

Mine's already booked and has been for months! I wanted to have it in August and was afraid that I wouldn't get a nice place if I waited! We also went to the meeting at the church already! I figured it was easier to do now then after he was born!!

I will probably book it soon...we plan on having it in NY and in December, since all of our family is there and I would like to have the Deacon who married us perform it (hopefully he is still there  )

Our baby is due in June and I booked a meeting with the church for next Wen. and I booked the party location already. We are having it in August. There will be too much going on for me to worry about planning once the baby comes.
