Re: DH in this whole TTC process
i had a whole conversation with dh about how i'm 33 and at my "peak", and that coupled with going off BC is making me super horny. I was trying to prepare him for more, and at the same time trying to trick him into thinking it has nothing to do with TTC.
not sure it worked but i had to try!

Re: DH in this whole TTC process
I'm so glad that we are not the only ones to have this argument. I've decided that I have to step up my game a bit by DTD when I'm not ovulating and throw him off so he doesn't know when it is. I think he got performance anxiety a little bit because he knew it was "the time" by my actions.
Ugh...why does everything have to involve extra work for me?

Re: DH in this whole TTC process
I never get this.... its like, they wanna BD all the time, except for the times when we let them know would be ideal. DH felt this exact way about it too, he felt like all the ttc talk and opk's were turning it into a science project. So for a couple months I didnt mention the OPKs or that I was Oing, I just tried to act extra into it at that time, and he was totally not falling for it
But last month, something kicked in for him, he went to CVS and BOUGHT a box of OPKs for me and BD like a champ, and we got our BFP. They will come around!!

Re: DH in this whole TTC process
DH wants this as much as I do, so he was on board with the planned
Last month we followed Deanna's Plan, and we did it ALOT! By the last few days of planned , we were both eager to take a little break from it!
Unfortunately, Deanna's Plan did not work and AF showed up right on time. So this month we are taking a more relaxed approach, because we have something else MAJOR in our lives happening right now, so maybe AF was someone's way of telling us now is not the right time to be PG.
I'm sorry your DH isn't always cooperative, just try to seduce him when you have your so he doesn't think its planned.

Re: DH in this whole TTC process
This is the first month we are actively trying... DH is OK with "We have to do it NOW". At least THIS month. He might get irritated by it if it goes on for too long.. He's not big into the planning either, but is big into the much more often
So far so good.
