Desperate sleep help needed (toddler)
We are sleep training our DD for the 3rd time since the summer. After a few nights of consistent routine and gentle CIO (less than 10 minutes, now we are down to 3) she was sleeping in her own bed from about 8-7 (sometimes 7:30) and for the most part takes a good nap of about 1.5-2 hours. More recently she gives us a hard time at bed time but is asleep in under 10 minutes- BUT is waking up wayyyyy too early. We have the "OK to wake owl" which has worked in the past but now she can open doors (even with the stopper on them)
I am ok with CIO but now it's hard bc she's talking, is able to get out of the room, etc etc. I feel like when we go in it's makes the crying 102038472 times worse. Really, all she wants to do is cuddle in bed with me but not to sound horrible everybody except me gets sleep when she comes in. I do of course do extra cuddles qt before bedtime.
Thanks for reading and any help appreciated.

It's much harder when they are no longer in a crib. Have you tried a reward system for every night she stays in her bed the entire night?
If that doesn't work, maybe a gate on her doorway?

I was just looking up charts today. They had one on amazon but it was too detailed. I may make one myself.
I'm not sure about the gate, dd is tall and strong so I can imagine her hoisting herself over. Lol

What about double gates (one above the other)?
