desperate sleep help needed

I posted earlier this week about advice on how to get my 10 month old to sleep longer & I am at my wits end now.

Nicholas goes to bed anywhere around 6:30-7:30 (depending on his mood) & has been waking up around 4-4:30 for the past week. Now the last couple of days, he has been waking up 30 minutes earlier everyday looking for a bottle. This morning was the icing on the cake at 3am!!!! DH & I tried everything to get him to go back to sleep but he just refused & was screaming! I can't function with getting up this early plus he is barely STTN, so I am up 1-2 times during the night with him

His schedule is as follows:
wakeup - 7oz bottle
8-9am - 7oz bottle along with cereal mixed with fruit & puffs
12:30-1 - 7oz bottle with yogurt & cheese
3:30-4 - 7oz bottle with veggies & meat along with some sides I made for dinner
6:30-7 - 7oz bedtime bottle

He recently changed his napping schedule to be as follows
7:45am -30 min nap
11-12:30 - 1.5 nap
3-3:30 - 30 minute nap (recently this has been touch & go)

I just increased his bottles to 7oz this week in hopes to hold him off longer at night but as you can see, it is making him wake earlier & earlier. I have tried to increase his solid intake but he can't handle much more bc if he takes more, he spits up.

Any advice you can offer up? I know it could be teething but honestly it just doesn't seem like that is the sole reason since he is looking to just eat, not be comforted...

Could be a growth spurt. Are you giving him a bottle when he wakes up early? DS gets like that when he has a growth spurt.

At that age my boys went down like clockwork after being awake for two hours.

I would do this:

Nap 7:45 (he wakes around 8:15)
Nap 10:15 - would wake around 12
Nap around 2-2:30.

Also, if he cries in the middle of the night I would let him CIO at this point. It will take two or three good nights of screaming but it will work. At that age I made them CIO if they woke up earlier than 5am.

At 10 months I would just let him full on CIO when he wakes in the middle of the night. It will take a few nights but he'll be STTN before you know it.

i am going to try that nap schedule today...i have been attempting CIO at night & the am with him but then he wakes JJ & we then have both up @ 3am

What about spacing his foods and bottle a bit during the day.
Wakeup btl
8cereal
9 btl
Nap
12:30 lunch food
Btl after nap
Btl around 3:30
Dinner 5:30
Btl for bedtime

My dd starting dropping bottles and eating more food around this time. Maybe spacing the food will allow him to digest a litlle better and maybe hold him over longer. And j agree CIO in the middle of the night even if it wakes up your ds for a few days. Mayb e do it over a weekend

I know - it's so hard with the second kid. Does JJ have a sound machine in his room? I always looked at it as I would rather wake up Jack for two nights by Tyler's screaming then to deal with Tyler waking every single night.

what about putting him to sleep later?
DS refuses to go to sleep before 10pm. we give him his bottle and he's out until 6:30. (we stopped giving him a night bottle and gave him water if he woke up to teach him how to do this) he then eats another bottle at 6:30 and goes back to sleep until 9:30-10am.

i should also add that he's an awful napper. he usually take s 20 minute naps during the day, maybe twice a day.

try tiring him out with playtime and then make sure a soothing bath is part of his nightly routine? i know that by the time Ds hits the bed, he's pretty tired (his own doing! the kid refuses to sit still)
