Cramp vent - AGAIN
As always, another Leslie cramp vent. Sorry, but I just don't have anyone in my immediate circle or family who can identify and since DH doesn't have a uterus or a cervix (or even a vagina), he is of little help and cannot relate. I am pretty sure that is a good thing!
Ever since my IUIs last weekend, I have been cramping - slightly at first and then starting today, a bit more intense but not quite as bad as AF cramps. I am 9 DPO. My test date is Saturday (5 days away) and I don't test early - its a move of self-preservation for me. Fertility friend has that little 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 countdown staring me in the face when I enter my info - gee thanks!
I have had cramping in the 2ww before wanting so much to believe they were implantation cramps, but they were not. When I was at the gym today on a stairmaster, the cramps got even more intense - more like a shooting pain and then subsided. This isn't gas. I am blessed to have both gas AND cramps.
Sorry to be whiney. I just hate this part. If I knew there was a definite light at the end of this cycle's tunnel, I wouldn't be complaining so much. Thanks for listening.

Ya know I am thinking. I was on the pill for so long that it more than likely masked what my regular monthly cycles are like. This is probably who I am from month to month and I just have to deal with it.

Thanks ladies. Its constant at this point and has been since I went to the gym at 4:30. If this is PMS 5 days in advance, then there is no question in my mind that I will go back on birth control (as moot as it is for me to use for its intended purpose) as soon as I get the OK from my GYN after delivery. I can't handle the discomfort and my moods - neither can DH. Poor guy.

Leslie - I all of a sudden had cramps before AF after stopping the pill as well. Fortunately, or unfortunately all that did was bother me and mask the sign that I was PG until it was time to test.
I continue to send all the positive vibes I can in your direction. Hang in there.
