Coxsackie question
We are on day 4 of battling this awful awful virus in my 7 year old. Today her tongue turned INSANELY white/ yellow. (This is in addition to being covered in the sores). But the tongue itself is very yellow. Is this another coxsackie symptom? I emailed my pediatrician but wanted to see if anyone had any input. Thank

Coxsackie question
Could it be thrush? It's an overgrowth of yeast in the mouth. Might need antibiotics.

Re: Coxsackie question
I don't have any experience with the tongue turning yellow but I just wanted to wish your dd a speedy recovery. Coxsackie was one of the worst viruses I've ever dealt with. Its just awful. Hope she gets better quickly!
