Cord behind babies neck?
Anyone have this?
They told me Friday that both babies have the cord behind their neck. Not around, just behind. They said just to make sure I move around often so it can't be compresses and to make sure I can feel the babies as usual. So of course I'm freaking because I can't always tell who is kicking me and I've been feeling B less since she isn't as low. (A is on my cervix and bladder so I know when I'm being punched there lol)
Both are head down facing my back with their spines up so if the cord is behind them it's actually at the front of my belly. I dont really lay on my belly so I don't see it being compressed by the way I lay.

Oh my god that sounds so stressful! What do they expect you to do! Tell them to send you home with a sono machine! lol
I can't imagine trying to figure out which baby is doing what in there!
Try not to worry too much though. They'll be fine

Re: Cord behind babies neck?
They thought Johanna's cord was around her neck when I was induced.. but it turned out that it was BEHIND her neck.. i asked if it was a problem and they said no, not at all.. and we continued on.

I feel like why bother telling me I it's not an issue. I know they say even the cord around the neck isn't an issue since they don't breathe and it's slippery so it's rare that it can get tight.

But of course I worry. Maybe I'll get lucky and my dr will tell me we can do my c section this week but I'm not counting on that happening.

My problem is I feel b less but I'm not sure if it's because of he position. And idk if she is diagonal but head down so her feet are wih A and I'm actually feeling her. I have a dr apt tomorrow night anyway so I'll bug the dr about I. I'm sure he will tell me not to worry as usual
