Congested and drinking the bottle - q
What do you do when your DC is so congested it is hard for them to drink and you can actually hear the boogies being sucked up in their nose? I try doing the nose drops and aspirating right b/f but, it doesn't seem to help? TIA!

I try to do what you do and eventually she starts to sneeze and it comes out...you sometimes have to get up there, I hate doing it because she screams every time I do it.

When DS was that age and congested I'd hold him upright when giving the bottle. Give him breathing breaks. Try to clear out the nose b4 with an aspirator to get out as much as possible.

DD is very congested and sick right now and has zero interest in her bottle I have been giving her nasal drops and using the suction before I feed her but she still doesn't have much interest in her bottle, she will however take a juice box and drink with the straw so at least she is taking in fluids.
