Confused...what do you think
So on CD 12 and since yesterday (CD 11) I have had cramping on and off...still happening today. OPK says O not  yet which is normal. I should be getting my tomorrow or Sunday.
Am I cramping today because of that - does that happen...cramping before O?
Silly to even type it out but I'm driving myself a little crazy overthinking that I should be laying under my DH and not at work right now  Like I am missing something.
Calm me down....please! Why am I cramping...sort of a back to basics.

I had a similar ? yesterday except I was cramping after ovulating...everyone told me that they cramp before during and after so it's normal.
I guess we just notice it now b/c we are so in tuned to every little twing and pain... uggggg

Pre ovulation cramps....happens to me, a lot!
its got that german name- middlesmertz (sp?)
ETA: found the right name and spelling-
Mittelschmerz. It's very common-

i always had cramps in the days leading up to O and lucky me - they USUALLY continued until AF showed her ugly face...
Totally normal!

this happens to me too.
i used to always think that the cramps meant i was ovulating at that exact time. using opks last time around showed me that i actually ovulate the day or two AFTER the cramps.

Me too.
When I spoke to my OB after the m/c concerned about all this pinching pain I had on the left side, she told me that I was probably getting ready to ovulate and that was completely normal.
