Cleaning Make-Up brushes
How do you clean yours?
Is there a special cleaner for this?
Thanks

Re: Cleaning Make-Up brushes
I use the brush cleaner from Sephora. It's in a black bottle.

Re: Cleaning Make-Up brushes
I either use baby shampoo or philosophy Purity face wash.
I have a travel size of the Purity so I've been using that.

Re: Cleaning Make-Up brushes
I use Mac brush cleaner.
I put some on a paper towel and blot my brushes with it until there is no more makeup left on them..... then I rinse them under water, and use a paper towel to soak up the excess water. Then...... I either let them air dry or if I'm in a hurry, I use my blowdryer

Re: Cleaning Make-Up brushes
I use the the MAC make up brush cleaner too.
In the past, I've also used some Japanese brand that Ulta sells. I didn't like it as much as the MAC one....it smelt like pledge.

Re: Cleaning Make-Up brushes
I use the MAC brush cleaner. If you buy nice brushes like the MAC brushes/Bobbi Brown you should take care of them, they will last alot longer. Plus when you clean your brushes you'll feel the difference in how the makeup goes on, it's amazing.
I use a little condiment bowl, squirt some in, and I swish my brush around until clean, rinse with water, then I place them down on a towel, fold the towel over to absorb the excess water, and always make sure the metal part is dry (don't want rusting/tarnishing).
