How do you clean your brushes? (what do you use)
and, how often do you clean them?

Re: Make-up brushes (cleaning question)
I have MAC brushes, and there's a cleaner that they sell you can use to clean your shadow brush with on a daily or weekly basis.
I don't use it, b/c I clean my brushes every two weeks (depends how much you use them) with water and dish-soap (like dove/dial, etc.) I use a drop of the dishsoap and work it through the brush until the water runs clean.

Re: Make-up brushes (cleaning question)
I wash then with baby shampoo or anitbacterial dial hand soap every so often...not nearly enough...
I soak them in warm water and them work the soap through, then rinse till clear...
I need new ones though.

I use "brush off", it's in a spray bottle. very easy to use.
I clean them a few times a month.

I bought a brush cleaner that comes in a spray bottle from Ulta. I spray it on and rinse with warm water.

Re: Make-up brushes (cleaning question)
I use Trish McEvoy brush bath. THey also sell a spray for in between times which is really handy - spray on tissue, rub brush back and forth and voila - clean and ready to use.

Re: Make-up brushes (cleaning question)
anti-bacterial soap and warm water. The foundation brush is the dirtiest usually.

Re: Make-up brushes (cleaning question)
I use hand soap and water, when I think of it. I used to do it a lot more regularly, probably once a week.
