Cursing and screaming at 7:30 am would bother me and I would find it rude. If it happened all the time I would want to say something (but don't know if I'd have the guts).
My kids play outside too, but if they were screaming that early I would tell them to stop. We don't live in the country, we have neighbors that live close and I try to respect them.

CHILDREN cursing loudly in the street at any time would get my dander up.
7:30-eh, I am sure it would annoy people. I live in the city so there is no such thing as an empty quiet street and noise does not bother me much.
but rudeness and disrespect does. and middle schoolers cursing up a storm while loudly playing touch football would get the double eyebrow raise/roll eyes from me.
