Cervix is closed!
Boooo I'm 39 weeks and hoping for a vbac and my cervix is closed!!
Dr says it means nothing and I could go into labor in an hour but I'm still bummed!

Sorry. We are all so close. It's tough waiting and hoping. I still have no idea b/c no internals but im feeling off today. Hoping I go swoon. For you too

Don't let it get you down! At 40 weeks 5 days my dr said I was closed with no progress...the next day I went into labor!!

I am also hoping for. VBAC in June. With DS I was 3 cm dilated for 3 weeks and went 11 days late. So don't be bummed, it can really happen a any time.

 If it makes you feel better, at my last internal (which was also 39 weeks) there was NOTHING going on with me either! 
But I also had the same experience with my DD and then like 12 hrs after my appt. my water broke. So anything can happen.
Hopefully things change fast for us both!!!

Ah, so sorry but like they said it can change very quickly- when my water broke on it's own (41w6d not to scare ya) I was only 1cm when I got to the hospital. Is the baby low and positioned right? Thats just as important.
39 weeks is the worse when trying to VBAC, alot of pressure and anxiety Hang in there!

With my first DD, I was having contractions every 2-3 mins (8 days early) so went to the hospital at 10am but was sent home bc I was closed. I went back at 4 pm and was 6cm and gave birth by 10pm!

Means nothing. My cervix was thick and closed at doc appt at 38 weeks, 4 days. I walked my ass off and 2 days later, water broke and I was induced. DD was born at 39 weeks, 1 day, vaginally.
