If an internal is done and your cervix is closed does that mean you have not dilated yet?
I just had my 37wk appt. and the midwife did an internal and I believe she said that my uterus is starting to thin out and my cervix is closed. So, if my cervix is closed that means Im not dilating yet right?

Correct. Sounds like you're not dilated but cervix is beginning to efface.
