It is on while at work only because I turn it on in the morning but it doesnt work in my office since I'm in the basement. It then gets turned off at night.

Always on and it stays on overnight too. I never turn it off.
I put it on vibrate or silent when at work.

Mine is usually on unless the battery dies. No one ever calls me so I don't worry about it at work or while I am sleeping.

Always on 24/7 - not for any reason in particular. No one really calls me in the middle of the night, so there is no reason to trun it on and off all the time

It's always on - we don't have a regular land-line, so our cell phones are the only way for someone to reach us by phone.

mine is always on... BUT, i always leave it on silent because i'm inwork and school all day, and then forget to put the sound back.
at night when i go to set my alarm, i usually see the missed calls and messages. oops.
