CBEFM question....
Anyone ever miss a day??
I TOTALLY forgot yesterday!!!  
How bad is that?? Will I just not get high days? i didn't have high days last month because it was my first month using it... so I was looking forward to them this month... and then I screwed it up!

I used to use it last year I forget totally about it...but i remember going online reading about if you skip days....
CBE has a great website for all of those details..and I beleive the instructions are online too in PDF Form

I actually just recently posted how this past cycle I missed the first test day.
I'm not sure if that's the reason for it but I got my first high 3 days later than usual and it only stayed high for 1 day and then jumped to peak. Thankfully we were BD anyway that week.

sooo my outcome from this was...
i got a peak reading today (never got a high reading). cd12. i skipped cd10 by accident. so idk where i stand right now. i dont know if it's accurate or not. last month was cd19.
