What is you diet like: I have to give up the Diet Coke again..Uuugghh I was doing so well. Other than that my diet is "Ok".

Do you exercise? I walk everyday.

It took 9 months to get pregnant last time. I was charting, reading, googling, temping, going nuts.
I'm trying NOT to do any of that this time around and just have fun with it.

What is you diet like: I eat all organic foods. Very few if any refined sugars, no High fructose corn syrup, and low sodium.

Do you exercise? Yes. i swim between 200 and 400 laps a week. I also run and lift weights

How long TTC: Not yet actively TTC but find this website so helpful. DH isn't ready although I am and feel that it's really good to know all the stuff that is discussed on here. We aren't trying NOT to have a baby eiter..so we'd be blessed if it happens.

How long TTC - Started in July, but we didnt' really do anything in August for a variety of reasons, so I guess this is technically our second month

Any children - nope

Method of TTC - just having fun with the BD-ing - although I think I put too much pressure on DH this month. I was a little out of control

Any fertility issues - I had surgery last November to remove some endometriosis and had an HSG and a D&C at the same time - my doctor believes that there's no reason why I wouldn't be able to get pregnant on my own

What is your diet like - I try to eat fairly healthy - no cake/cookies/soda

Do you exercise - not really, but I do walk the dog for about an hour a day - does that count?

Anything else to add - I've been taking prenatals since June and an extra 1mg of folic acid. There is a history of spinal cord defects in my family and kow ing that, I want to do as much as I can to prevent that.
