CAC question - Need help
For those of you that have a CAC unit... how often do you get it serviced (regular maintenance) and who do you use to service it? Any idea how much it costs?
P.S. I live in Suffolk

I worked for an HVAC company and most people had their units serviced annually in the beginning of Spring, that way if there's any problems, they can be fixed by the time the weather gets really hot. They'll check your refrigerant levels and air flow and replace your filters. Our company charged $105 for the 1st AC system and then $75 for each additional system & everything including labor was included. Hope this helps!

We change our own filters at the beginning of the season and do not have any annual professional service done.
