I just spoke to the social worker at the hospital. It looks like we are going to have a pow wow about Fred's future this week with the family and all the docs. He's scheduled for an EEG today and we should have more info after that. Info that I am getting so far makes it seem not so hopeful. I'm praying for a miracle but I'm also praying for mercy.
It's just so sad and a shame that someone so young is in this situation.
I won't be able to see him today or tomorrow but my cousins and his friends are coming to see him today. Tomorrow is kids will be there. We hold his hand, tell him jokes, tell him how pretty the nurses are. This grown up crap blows.
I tell him I love him everytime. I know in my head that if he's not there, we should let him go, but in my heart I'm not ready to.

Susan, I will keep praying hard for Fred and your family. this is so awful. I can't even imagine how hard this must be
