Benadryl Amt. Question
I have had a horrible sinus infection and havent slept for the past 3 days. My doctor told me to take benadryl but i forgot to ask how much is safe to take. Anybody know?

I think one per night is fine. The same with Tylenol PM.

I took 50mg a night...so that's normally 2 pills.
