I am only sleeping 2 hrs/night and this has been happening for almost 2 months now. Is benadryl safe to take when pregnant?

Yes and Benadryl has the same active ingrediant as Tyelonol PM. It's the same thing- minus the Tyelnol.

Re: Benadryl question
I will take a half a benadryl at a time. Why don't you try that and see if it provides some relief for you.

Re: Benadryl question
100% safe to take. Right now I am taking 50mg of Benadryl and 50mg Phenergan for my hyperemisis, every day and sometimes 2-3 times a day. I used to take Tylenol PM a lot and they just asked me to not take it in the 1st tri as often.
