BBT question
So here is my question...I am going to start tracking my BBT this cycle. I am waiting for AF to come (Due the 26th) lets hope by some miracle she doesn't show  ...but what if I get the normal little bit of spotting and then AF starts the next day like normal. Do I count the spotting days as day 1 or do I wait till its full force to count day 1?
